The main goal of these treatments is to relax the client, relieve pain, anxiety, nausea and depression, and to encourage more restful sleep.
Breast Massage is vital to the health and well-being of breast tissue. Lymphatic fluid which keeps our tissue healthy is moved in only three ways, respiration, muscle movement and manual manipulation. As there is no muscle in the breast itself, the fluid must be moved with manual manipulation. This massage alleviates congestion, pain, and swelling in breast tissue and increases range of motion in shoulders, neck and upper torso. Instructions are given for home care to promote healthy tissue.
